Moist, gooey, and so rich, this chocolate chip cookie is the perfect sweet treat that is quick and easy to make!

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups Flour
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened (2 sticks)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cooking Tools
- Whisk
- Wooden spoon
- Small and large mixing bowls
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Cooling rack



Directions
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
-In a small mixing bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt.
-In a large mixing bowl, whisk together softened butter, cane sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
-Once the following ingredients are combined, add in eggs one at a time, whisking after each.
-From here begin to slowly pour in the flour mixture, mixing with a wooden spoon in increments until fully combined.
-Next, stir in the chocolate chips and fold into the dough.
-Using hands or a small cookie scoop, place dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet 2-3 inches apart.
-Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and place on a cooling rack.
-Place these delicious cookies on your favorite platter and enjoy!
Tips
-While waiting in between batches, place cookie dough in the fridge to keep dough chilled until ready to bake.
