Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Organic Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced Black Olives
- 2 hard Hard Boiled Eggs
- ½ cup Colby Jack Cheese
- 6 slices of Boar’s Head oven baked turkey
- 6 slices of Boar’s Head honey ham
- 1 cup Croutons
Blue Cheese Dressing Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbs milk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp sea salt

Blue Cheese Dressing Directions
-Combine all dressing ingredients with spoon or fork.
-Transfer to container and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Salad Directions
-Place toppings atop a bed of organic baby spinach and drizzle with dressing.

-I take 3 slices of each meat and roll up together prior to slicing.
