Crispy and full of flavor, this is the perfect side dish for any meal!

- Yields: 3-4 Servings
- 1 ½ lb of Brussels Sprouts
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
- ¼ Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Parchment Paper
- Baking Pan or Baking Dish
- Cutting Board
-Preheat oven to 400℉
-Using a cutting board, trim and chop brussels sprouts into halves.
-Transfer chopped brussels sprouts into a mixing bowl and add in the oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
-Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place brussels sprouts face down. (Pour excess liquid on top of brussels sprouts).
-Put the pan (or oven safe dish) in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown on top.
-Serve on the side of your dinner plate or pick your favorite Serving Platter to display this delicious dish on the table!
-Place in an air-tight container and store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
(best reheated in the oven at 350℉)
